Refund & Return Policy

At C'LOS, we want you to love your purchase. You have 30 days from delivery to return eligible items.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Sale items, custom orders, underwear, and gift cards are final sale and non-returnable.

How to Return

  1. Email contact@closclo.com with your order number.
  2. We’ll send you return instructions and a Return Authorization.
  3. Ship the item back (customer pays return shipping).

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We’ll cover shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
